I find Gail’s classes so beneficial for both mind & body, It helps so much with mobility & flexibility which is so important especially if you are pushing your body in other forms of exercise & are struggling with recovery as I’ve found I do without the help of Gail’s yoga classes! I can really feel the difference if I miss a class! I also incorporate the mindfulness & breathing techniques into every day life, it is so important for my mental well being! Gails mentoring is both calming & also perceptive in challenging each individual to their own capabilities, I would highly recommend giving it a go 👍🏼😊

Having wanted to try yoga for many years I finally tried it out with Breath & Flow, Gail is a warm caring teacher, she allows you to progress at your own speed and safety and feeling comfortable is Gail's mantra. I can honestly say that I haven't looked back since September 21, I use the ethics of yoga in my everyday life. Truly amazing

This yoga class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga students. Gail is lovely with a very soothing voice and a tranquil atmosphere. The poses are at times challenging but Gail is always there to help and adapt if you are struggling. It is an hour of escapism and the poems at the end of the class are the icing on the cake. I thoroughly recommend this class!

Introduced to yoga through lockdown, every session is attentive and thought out, with the student at the forefront. Gail makes each pose accessible and adaptive to each student.

I came as a complete beginner as my flexibility caused more lots of injuries, attentive, understanding and patient, Gail, immediately put me at ease with the use of adapting
each pose to help me feel, as a para GB athlete my flexibility is vital to help me perform.
