My name is Gail. I am 200 hour registered yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga since 2013. It has helped me through the toughest times of my life and I would not be the person I am today without it.

I am also in the process of training for my 300 hour which will help me to advance my knowledge.  I relocated to Loughborough in Leicestershire in 2017 to have a slower pace of life, and also to enable my son to pursue his dream of becoming a GB Athlete.

I am a huge Advocate of movement and injury prevention, lack of movement causes the body to become tight within the joint and muscles, when we spend our lives sitting and becoming stagnant this can cause an array of issues, which are caused sometimes from lack of movement of the body.

My class are smaller than most classes, the space is welcoming space that is safe. In my classes there is accessibility that is adaptive and inclusive for all to practice, whether you have a disability or are recovering from injury yoga is for all abilities, allowing each student to be in control of their own practice, offering them an opportunity to grow, nurture, explore, through the emphasis on accessibility, modifications and creative variations.

Providing a message of self-acceptance and worth and value for all types of people. Offering a safe space and allowing students to feel through their practice. I teach from experience and authenticity with encouragement to support and lift each other and build a strong community.

Yoga has truly changed my entire life and for that I’m beyond grateful for this journey, everyday it teaches me to be a better person.  The tools of yoga have enabled me to live a healthier and better quality of life, they are vast and profound way of living that helps integrate this into our lives to live better.

My interests are working with a wider community of people from all walks of life, regardless of age, ability or disability, yoga is for all bodies, my aim is to help them to live better with healing tools of nutrition, mediation and breathwork.

I love going on walks in nature and find myself feeling connected to life, with the help of yoga this has been the path to rediscovering myself.

Students are always at the forefront of my classes. The world of yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect with ourselves. Combining body, mind and spirit awareness.
